At Kitchen Kettles, we strive to deliver quality products and ensure a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return & Replacement Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch)
If you change your mind, you may cancel your order anytime before the product is dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
2. Address Changes Once an order is placed, address or contact information cannot be modified. Kindly verify all shipping and billing details before confirming your purchase.
3. Manufacturer Warranty Coverage All branded appliances are covered strictly under manufacturer warranty terms. Returns or exchanges will not be entertained under Kitchen Kettles once the item is delivered.
4. Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged item:
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery via email: sales
[email protected] - Attach 3–4 clear images of the damaged product and packaging.
- Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement for the item
5. Satisfaction Guarantee on Select Products If you are not satisfied with a non-branded product, contact us within 3 days of delivery for a return or replacement request. We will assess your request and provide the best resolution.
Note: Forward and reverse shipping charges may apply and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. Non-Returnable Scenarios
No returns or replacements in the following situations:
● Buyer remorse or change of mind
● Disliking the product after use
● Performance issues with branded items
● Opened or used products
● Spare parts – strictly NO Return / NO Replacement
7. Appliance Returns & Warranty Support
● Returns for branded appliances must follow the brand’s official warranty policy.
● If approved, return shipping costs are
borne by the buyer.
8. Post-Dispatch Cancellations
● If cancellation occurs after dispatch, two-way shipping charges (forward + return) will be deducted from your refund.
9. Delivery Disputes (Item Not Received)
● If tracking shows “delivered” but the product isn’t received: ○ You must raise a dispute within 5 days.
○ Claims raised after this period will not be entertained.
● We offer safe doorstep delivery across India.
● Ensure someone is available to accept the order.
● If delivery fails due to incorrect address or absence, re-shipping charges will apply.
11. Local Pickup Option If you select "Local Pickup", collect your order from:

● If buyers outside Bengaluru choose “Local Pickup” to avoid shipping charges:
○ The order will be cancelled, and ○ 4% deduction will apply for handling & banking fees.
13. Replacement Window ● We offer a 7-day replacement policy for eligible items.
● Items must be unused, in original packaging, and supported with relevant evidence.
● Replacement products will be dispatched and delivered within 4–7 working days from the date of issue confirmation.
14. No Refund Policy ● Refunds are not applicable except in specific, pre-approved scenarios (e.g., undeliverable items or duplicate payments).
● Refunds for any post-dispatch cancellations are subject to shipping charge deductions.
● In approved refund scenarios, the credited amount will reflect in your original payment method within 5–7 business days from the date of refund confirmation.
